About the author
The author graduated from the Hungarian University of Physical Education in 1990 and became a qualified masseur two years later. He started to study spine medication in 1991. His master was an experienced and recognized masseur close to retirement age then, but who is still active at present. He later completed the faculty of medical physical education of the Hungarian University of Physical Education where knowledge had been passed to him by the best doctors and hygienical gymnasts of the profession.
Since 1991, he has been consulted by several people including professional sportspeople who have applied his recommendations and regularly exercise to present day as per his instructions. He himself also practices his spinal trainings, living together with his chosen profession, continuously refining and adapting each practice to the particular deformation it is meant to cure, thereby compiling an individual package to each of his patients.
The author has been an active sportsman since 1976 and has dedicated his life to health preservation. He started playing handball as a child and grew into a first class player. Following the handball years in 1992 he started practicing aikido and a number of other oriental martial arts. The experiences gained here have helped him perfect his spinal medication trainings. As a result of the vast amount of practice he feels he has reached the boundaries of traditional spine medication. Changing his goals, he has managed to link spine medication and martial arts. As of 2004 he has been practicing a special self defense training with his friends where he aims to research the correlation between body and soul.
He considers health preservation of paramount importance in his private as well as professional life.
